Very Bad Experience ’ Not RecommendedMy stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, bedsheets were stained, and the bathroom was unhygienic with a bad smell.This hotel is nothing like what is shown online. It is poorly maintained, overpriced, and lacks basic hospitality standards. My trip was spoiled because of this stay.The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The AC and Wi-Fi barely worked, and room service was slow and careless. The food quality was poor and not hygienic.I strongly do not recommend this hotel to any tourist. Total waste of money.

I stayed in this hotel in Room No. 305 for three nights. The room was quite small. There is a kitchen on the floor above my room, and because of that, there was continuous noise of utensils and kitchen work during the night and early morning.Around 4 a.m., the workers were playing songs on their mobile phones, and the noise could be clearly heard inside the room, which caused a lot of disturbance.During my three-night stay, the room was not cleaned even for a single day. The room was not as clean as it should have been.However, the food at this hotel is good. The management needs to pay more attention to room cleanliness and noise control.

Basic amenities like hot water should be guaranteed, particularly in cold weather.The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful or courteous, they spoke arrogantly and showed no concern for guest comfort.The rooms are very small, far from what is shown in the photos. There was barely enough space to move comfortably, making the stay quite unpleasant.When we requested an extra towel, the staff outright refused, which is surprising for a hotel charging such a high price. Even basic hospitality standards were not followed.Despite paying a very high rent, facilities were minimal. Drinking water was not provided, which is a basic necessity and should not be optional.Additionally, the staff kept forcing us to use their private transportation to explore the city, which was overpriced. This felt more like a business trap than a helpful suggestion.Overall, this hotel offers poor service, inadequate facilities, and no value for money. I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone and suggest looking for better alternatives that actually respect their guests.

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made my stay truly relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra and looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Rooms r little bit small but comfortable.Food is tasty and cost effective but with limited items.Staff is very cooperative and room service is fast.24*7 hot water service in winter.Roof top dining area was properly maintained.After all budget friendly hotel.
