India • Feb 2026*Avoid This Place*The Reality:Deceptive Photos: The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online; it is dirty, neglected, and "ugly."Unsanitary Conditions: The bathrooms are revolting’nauseatingly dirty to the point of being unusable.Safety Risks: The property feels unsafe with broken room locks and a questionable environment.Poor Service: Staff are unhelpful and engage in price gouging, charging ’10 over MRP for basic water.Bottom Line:I booked for 3 hours via Brevistay but fled within 45 minutes. Do not book this property, even for a short layover. It is overpriced, unhygienic, and unprofessional.

Solo Traveller • Jan 2026Horrible welcome by reception when I already mentioned on call I'll do late check in at 2AM.What do you do when your travel is at this hour, you book whole day and just come and sleep.But looks like the receptionists at night hour think their night shift job is to sleep and we are here giving them inconvenience..The moment I called Cleartrip customer care, he finds my booking. LmaoCarried my bag myself by stairs, had to ask glass and water myself.. dirty towel outside bathroom floor and of course shitty room which I'm not surprised because it's Mumbai and this is what you get for 1600 in Andheri. Maybe could have gotten better.And then the staff asks for money lolNo way bish, for showing me the room? Where I carried my own bag?NEVER BOOK THIS SHITTY PLACE unless absolutely necessary.HORRIBLE ROOMS and even worse hospitality.
