This was my second stay at Merlis in two weeks. The first time stay was all good. There were lots of misses during my second time stay. Welcome drink won't be served until you ask for it. No one was available / offered to take the luggages to the room. No one guide the facilities of the room and explain about the stay details.. like WiFi password, restaurant timings and things like that. I called for a bath towel and had to wait for an hour. Despite calling twice. The bath towel finally came after I checked out. Not sure why so many misses. Wanted to raise this issue to the GM. If someone from the management is seeing this, kindly make the experience better.

Left clothes behind and they kept it safe and returned it when I arranged a courier back. Great facilities.We had a wedding in the family and morning we went for complimentary breakfast and then attended the function and came back for the same breakfast to finish it off with coffee within the breakfast hour. No one judged us if we could come in 2nd time. Even if we are eligible and can break it into 2 sessions given the important wedding occasion in the family they quietly understood that our comfort was important to us as we need to run out now and then for the event needs. Many hotels have a gating mechanism that might make the guests uncomfortable.
