This place is not really a resort; it consists of separate villas and a single shared restaurant. The location is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The food choices are limited, and it took a long time for our order to arrive in the room. We also did not receive morning tea from the restaurant. Overall, the experience was not very good.

My stay at Mizzle Exotica in Lonavala was extremely disappointing. The only positive aspect was the food from their restaurant; everything else was awful. The check-in process was terrible since there was no proper reception, leaving us waiting outside in the rain. The contact person ignored our calls and dismissed us when finally reached, saying she was in a meeting. Reaching the villa was difficult due to the lack of a proper road, just a muddy path that felt unsafe. Inside the villa, hygiene was appalling: pillows had fungus, walls had cracked paint and mold, and there were paan stains in the bedroom. The blankets were stained with what looked like vomit, and the living room sofa was hard and dusty. Additionally, there were frequent power outages, the living room TV didn’t work, and the bedroom TVs were tangled messes. Overall, it was a complete waste of money, and the management showed no concern for cleanliness or guest comfort. I recommend choosing a different place.

Avoid this place at all costs. From the start, the journey is terrible with a road full of potholes. By the time you arrive, you'll regret your booking. There's no proper reception or check-in; you're left to manage on your own. We were stuck in the rain for nearly an hour because the caretaker was "busy in meetings." The room had a terrible smell, no maintenance, and frequent power cuts every 30 minutes. If you're looking for a villa not to book, this is it. Money wasted, time wasted, mood ruined. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else—even your car might be better. Added photos and GPS tag after the owner questioned my stay.
