The hotel tried to cheat us and showed no hospitality or trustworthiness. Before booking, I confirmed every detail, including the exact number of guests and children, with Roop Singh via WhatsApp. I even sent a screenshot from Agoda and asked if I should proceed with the online payment, which he approved. I paid online and kept him informed about our arrival time. Upon arrival with all family and luggage, the problems began: they falsely claimed they did not have the full guest list despite it being visible on both Agoda and their system; they demanded 3,500 INR per night instead of the confirmed 1,428 INR, exploiting our vulnerable position; and when I tried to negotiate, they threatened to remove basic services like AC and hot water. Agoda support was no help at the time, so to protect my family, I refused to check in and left. This place is a trap. Avoid Nahar Singh Haveli to prevent being stranded and extorted.
