It was a lovely stay with a great hospitality experience for 2-3 nights. The hotel is budget-friendly with good aesthetics. Housekeeping was excellent, and the food service was also very good. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

Services are very pathetic, no sense of customer service, basic amenities in rooms very also not availableThank you for your response. It is disappointing to see that instead of addressing specific service failures, you have chosen to question my decision to extend my stay. I booked a second night because I arrived late and hoped the first day's issues were one-off errors; unfortunately, they were not.To be clear, 'service' is not just about moving luggage or having a TV in the room. It is about the functionality of promised amenities:Hot Water: While you claim to have it, there was no running warm water in the evening. Being provided a single jug of water that had to be returned immediately is not 'standard service' for a hotel.Hygiene: Basic toiletries like hand wash were not replenished on the second day. A guest should not have to 'call and ask' for basic hygiene essentials that should be part of standard housekeeping.Property Care: My luggage was damaged while in your care.Providing a room with a bed and a TV is the bare minimum. Quality service is about the guest's experience and the maintenance of those facilities. Rather than being defensive about why I chose to stay, I suggest you focus on ensuring your hot water systems and housekeeping standards meet the expectations of future guests.

The appearance is no doubt good but that all is good here. Staff at reception (mahesh kumar) was rude, rooms pre booked by us were 3 deluxe rooms while at check in we were given basic rooms bt saying we dont have any other rooms available, which is very compact room. Beds and quilts are not comfortable any, neither except soap for handwashing and towels no other toiletries were provided. Extremely unhappy and very bad experience. As per the staff its a 3 star hotel, i doubt!

Worst hotel experience. Strongly advise against staying here.This hotel is completely unprofessional and lacks even the most basic understanding of hospitality. Whether your stay is for one day or several days, do not assume it will be manageable’it is not.Major issues faced:1.Unacceptable check-in delay:At the time of check-in, we were made to wait for nearly one full hour before being given a room, with no proper explanation or apology.2.Severe lack of privacy:After ordering tea, the staff member entered our room to serve it, which is completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Hotel staff should never enter a guest’s room without consent.3.Intrusive and personal questioning:The reception staff asked unnecessary and personal questions regarding our identity, origin, duration of stay, and personal relationships. This behaviour was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.4.Poor room security:The room doors are fitted with outdated and unsafe locking systems (simple latches and hanging locks). This made us feel insecure throughout the stay.5.Billing incompetence:When requesting the bill, the staff had no idea about the agreed room tariff and claimed they were unaware of the rate discussed. This clearly reflects poor management and lack of coordination.Overall experience:The staff lacks basic training, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy. The environment feels unsafe and poorly managed.Final warning:I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel entirely. There are far better and safer options available. This place does not deserve your time or money.

Totally opposite to what is shown in the picture. Their largest room looks too small. Windows have no view, except a few. Very conjusted rooms. Linens not too clean. No tea/coffee/tharmas facilities. Hot water available only till 12 PM, no hot water facilities after that time. Parking issues. Outside food not allowed and they don't have a fascinating menu.Not recommended at all
