The front staff were very rude, and the hotel lacks a kitchen and elevator. Even if you order food through Zomato, you have to come downstairs to collect it, which feels like a waste of money.

Excellent and welcoming service. The location is perfect with all necessities nearby. A ceiling LED light stopped working but was fixed even before I mentioned it. The beds are very comfortable. The shower has strong hot water. The room is roomy and includes a table suitable for a laptop. Completely quiet with no noise disturbances. The kitchen serves delicious food. I definitely plan to return.
