I had a wonderful stay at this property!The staff was soft and welcoming.The room was properly done, the bathroom was clean and spacious.Breakfast options were sumptuous!!Money well spent!

Services are good but only problem these people need to call for daily room service item like tooth brush, soap, shampoo etc. if you guys are taking 5k then these should be places during room cleaning why everytime need to call on reception for this.Escalated the same on reception but same answer this is our policy.

I stayed with my family for a day or today. Since I came from long way I have to bring my driver .i reached hotel late night by 1 am & requested reception person to provide servant room for driver for a night but he denied. I asked him let me talk to yr owner but he didn’t gave his mob no . His boss is also denied. A good hotels usually have a servant room . This was bad experience for me. Complimentary breakfast don’t have many variety . Overall is good.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered, the staff behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no smile, and the overall attitude felt rude and hostile, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.Even after paying for a premium room, I was initially given a smoking room with a very strong smell of cigarettes. The odor was so bad that it made me feel nauseous within minutes. When I requested a non-smoking room, the response from the front desk was rude and dismissive, saying only twin-bed rooms were available. I eventually had to contact MakeMyTrip support and request cancellation assistance before the management finally changed my room.The second room was comparatively better, but the hotel itself is under construction and overall cleanliness and maintenance were poor. The environment felt dirty and uncomfortable.To make things worse, after I checked out at 12 PM, I received an unnecessary call around 6 PM asking about the room card , which was very irritating.The hotel also has extremely strict visitor policies, which may not suit many travelers. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting professional hospitality and or pleasant stay
