Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. Upon checking into the bathroom, we found a used condom and an empty cigarette box left behind by previous occupants, We have attached photographs as evidence. The host’s behaviour was also inappropriate and did not reflect the professionalism or hospitality. I’ve been to this property but never an unprofessional host like this.

Reviews in the net and reality are absolutely opposite. Except for closeness to Airport and Food in restaurant, everything from Cleanliness, Service support are just casual. Gyser was not on and on last day was rectified after daily reminders. TV was not working and in both Care taker hardly cared inspite on daily reminders. Room key was not working on the last day when I get back after a long day at 1 am. From 1204, 12th floor - I had to wake up the Care taker to come with the masterkey to open. Worst ever stay and perhaps will never use Agoda from now on. Not worth the money spent on this hotel and portal.
