The location of the property is excellent, offering easy access along with beautiful surroundings. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and gives a pleasant overall vibe.The rooms are elegant, spacious, and comfortable. One of the highlights is the stunning valley view from the balcony’truly refreshing. Do keep in mind the presence of monkeys around the property, something the staff proactively warns you about.Service is very good, with all staff being courteous and attentive. The buffet breakfast is decent with a good spread, and the food overall is delicious.Overall, a great stay experience and definitely worth considering if you’re planning a trip to Shimla.

We had an amazing stay Snow Valley heights, Shimla. The room was a bit small. The door of the bathing area in the bathroom was missing. But the view from our balcony was beautiful. The staff made sure we had a comfortable stay there. The service was quick and upto the mark. The food is delicious. The breakfast and dinner spread was awesome. It had variety, was different every day, and above all, every food item in buffet was scrumptious. They even served us what was not there in the buffet, when we asked for it. The staff is extremely courteous. Ours was a full paisa wasool stay. I would definitely recommend it!
