Snow Valley Resorts (Centrally Heated)

Excellent place to stay! The rooms are spacious, clean, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The entire staff is extremely courteous and helpful, with special appreciation for the housekeeping team and food service staff for their outstanding hospitality. A special mention to Mr. Rajkumar, who ensured all our food preferences and requirements were taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shimla. A wonderful stay with great service and warm hospitality!

The hotel is nice and totally worth for money. The hotel has nice gaming areas nice rooms and a gym. It has multiple areas to relax and enjoy especially the lounge besides the reception and the area outside the restraunt, they are very nice.The staff was polite especially excellent service was given byNikhil vermaVicky bhardwajRajkumarThough there are things that can be improved like the size of the rooms ,the speed of the room service, no. facilities in activity rooms, provision of more rooms with veiw and faster provision of roomsBut overall it was nice

Hotel is over all quite good however, if you’re looking for sunset or sunrise view, then you lost it.Receptionist Ms Jyoti and Jitender promptly accommodated our request of giving top floor rooms instead of lower bottom floor. The restaurant staff Mr Raj kumar and one female staff member were very enthusiastically arranged for our special dietary requirements.Its location is a slight minus as if you have to go to centre of city than spent 500-1000 rs for every trip.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort in Shimla. The location was beautiful with amazing mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very polite, caring, and always ready to help, especially staff name Arzoo was so kind and lovable and our kid enjoyed her food time with Arzoo. Within a short time they made a big bond that was truly amazing, which made our stay even more pleasant.The food was tasty and the overall service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the relaxing ambience and the easy access to nearby attractions. It was a memorable experience for our family, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.Thank you for making our trip so special. We would definitely love to visit again and recommend this resort to others visiting Shimla.

I recently stayed at Snow Valley Resorts Shimla with my family, and overall it was a wonderful experience.The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere with beautifully designed interiors. Both the rooms and the overall property are well-maintained, clean, and give a very comfortable and relaxing vibe. One of the best parts of our stay was the kids’ play area, which kept the children engaged and happy throughout.The food was excellent, with good taste and quality, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to help, which added a personal touch to the experience.Another big advantage is the availability of proper car parking, which makes it very convenient for travelers coming by their own vehicle.The only minor drawback was the lack of power backup, which can be a concern at times. However, apart from that, everything else was just perfect.Overall, it’s a great place for a family stay in Shimla, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant environment. ’?
