Pleasant stay.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.I chose this property based on positive online reviews, but after staying here, it’s clear many of those reviews seem misleading or incentivized with discounts.From the moment I checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk staff was unwelcoming and appeared uninterested, almost as if they were forced to do their job. Basic hospitality was completely missing.I requested a simple cup of tea from the restaurant using my own oat milk (due to a dairy allergy), which was refused without any willingness to accommodate.The room conditions were unacceptable:Room 1: No fan installed (in summer!) and the AC was not working.After pushing, I was moved to another room.Room 2: Fan was present but extremely dirty, same overall hygiene issues.After multiple complaints, I was finally given a third room.Room 3: AC had no cooling (no gas), wash basin was clogged, and hygiene was still poor.Throughout my stay:Washroom conditions were unhygienic (dirty toilet seat, clogged basin).Had to call a plumber multiple times daily.Jet spray barely worked (water came out in drops).This was not just inconvenience — it completely ruined my stay and wasted my hard-earned money. Since I booked through Agoda with a no-cancellation policy, I was stuck and couldn’t get any refund.To add perspective, I later stayed at a hotel in Bani Park (Dev Mahal), at a similar price — and the difference was unbelievable. Clean rooms, great ambience, cooperative staff, and excellent service. That’s what hospitality should feel like.I will not return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone. Please do not mislead customers — instead, learn from better properties and improve your standards.I will also be sharing this review on Google to help others avoid the same experience.
The location was perfect for easy access to shopping and transport. While the facilities including reliable hot water and attentive housekeeping made the stay very comfortable.
