Pros: 1. The atmosphere in both the hotel and the room is very pleasant. 2. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and definitely worth trying. 3. The food at the restaurant is delicious and offered at a fair price. Cons: 1. The landline phone in the room was out of order throughout my stay, making it hard to reach room service. Oddly, it started working only on my last day to remind me about checkout. 2. I had to change rooms during my stay, which meant repacking and moving all my things. Since this was company-provided lodging, this unexpected disruption was quite inconvenient.

Had a great stay here during my business trip. The location is excellent, especially if you're working near Bhagmane techpark, marathahalli- making the daily commute quick and convenient.The hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional. The reception staff were warm, courteous, and efficient, making check-in and check-out seamless. The security staff also deserve special appreciation-he was always ready to assist with luggage, carrying our bags with a smile and genuine willingness to help. The stay at the hotel was easy and comfortable, largely due to Puja’s careful attention. The food was tasty, and the rooms were tidy and well kept. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Bathroom was congested and dangerous to use, English proficiency of staff was poor, and travel quality was unsatisfactory.
