My recent hotel stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the room wasn't ready despite late afternoon check-in time. When finally shown to the room, it was dirty with stains on the sheets and a foul smell from the bathroom. The air conditioner didn't work, making the room unbearably hot. The Wi-Fi was non-existent, preventing me from working. Housekeeping never serviced the room throughout my one-night stay. Breakfast was cold and not good. For the price paid, the experience was unacceptable and I won't return.

Room size is very good but old fashioned and not well maintained.Limited parking spaceVery limited items in breakfastWe got -Puri Subzi, poha and bread toast with tea.We have to ask for the complementary mineral water bottle otherwise they gave refilled bisleri water bottle.Restaurant is in basement - not upto mark.

Third class hotel. Or a Slightly good Lodge one can call it as.Not maintained property at all.No seriousness towards service to guests.Not a Treebo Level hotel.Torn out bed sheets, Smelly pull overs, no complimentary Bottled water or toiletries or even a Dental kit. Not sure why you call it a 3 Star hotel.Uncleaned rooms, non functional fridge and what not.Totally unacceptable Treebo hotel.

Very Bad experience with Treeebo Maharja RESIDENCY.I will never recommend this hotel please don't book waste of money.Unhygienic room washroom,lift not working. Very poor breakfast staff also Very bad attitude.
