Awful experience. The service was the worst. There was no central help to fix problems either... Definitely stay away... There are far better places nearby...

I had a terrible experience twice when the double bed room I had booked two months in advance was given to someone else. I was then asked to settle for a room with two single beds pushed together. Traveling with a child, this was not feasible. We had specifically requested that our room not be given away since we would be checking in late at night, but our request was ignored. The staff showed no consideration. I advise against pre-booking rooms here as it could just be a waste of money.

The service from the Treebo group and the hotel staff was terrible, showing unprofessional behavior and work culture. I booked three months in advance and made additional requests, but the service was not provided.

The room and facilities were disappointing. The toilet was not clean, and essential toiletries were not provided, especially a toothbrush, shaving kit, and hair dryer. The air conditioner was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, waste was stored in the underground area, which caused a strong unpleasant smell in car parking area. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities were far below expectations.
