Vijay Intercontinental

There is a lot of improvement needed. This was my second visit in 12 days & though cafe, Salt restaurant has excellent staff & chefs, the upholstery in the restaurant is dirty. The windows had soiled glasses & floor was not mopped clean. Same in rooms 502- water spills into room from shower area, room no. 405- broken electric kettle, shower partition film half ripped off. Air conditioning poor. The hotel needs urgent refurbishment. Services staff are extremely polite & helpful. Nisha in Salt was an excellent maitre. Cafe did not have hot coffee available at night, a concept new to me. Location is excellent & superb room service.

This is the best hotel I have been. Best services.We are truly grateful to Mr. Shailendra for his quick response and going out at night to get the medicines.True sense of hospitality. We are three females who stayed here and we had a small medical emergency at night.The staff was kind enough to help us out.This is the best hotel service we have stayed at.The services are great.The staffs are great.The stay is female friendly.A lot of love to this. ’’’’’?

Hosted an event at Vijay Intercontinental. Food was tasty but Event managers were rude and unprofessional. They lacked basic customer-handling skills. Requests were repeatedly ignored. Washrooms were locked during the function and opened only after multiple requests, and despite prior confirmation, lights were not switched on during the evening pooja at the fountain area. Morning breakfast for the guests staying at the hotel was closed early. Many guests could not have breakfast. The event manager & decorator, hid lighting charges and blamed each other. Just before the event, I was suddenly forced to pay extra amount for the lights. Even after this feedback no follow up was done for better customer experience

The room service was very weak. Yesterday, during my stay at the hotel in room number 005 on date 4 feb , the dinner service was handled in an unprofessional manner, and the food had no taste. The staff lacked professionalism.Additionally, the valet service was poor. My car was parked at another property, and in the morning the car did not start. No one from the hotel helped me initially; I had to take help from other people. The management noticed the issue later.Otherwise, the property is very good, and the infrastructure is well maintained.

My experience at Vijay Intercontinental was very good. The hotel has well-maintained infrastructure with clean rooms, spacious banquet halls, and a professional atmosphere. The staff was polite and supportive, and the services were timely and well-organized. The food quality was excellent, and the overall arrangement for guests and events was smooth. It is a reliable place for stays, meetings, and social functions, and I felt comfortable and satisfied with the facilities provided.
