Airport Hotel Diamond Inn Near Delhi Airport

I am having a great time at the hotel and the service is excellent, thanks to Jayprakash. This is a wonderful hotel always.

I reserved through Agoda, but the hotel isn't real. When I got there, the hotel wasn't there. I called and was told to go to Hotel Olive nearby because Rosewood is "under renovation." However, there is no sign of Rosewood or any renovation at the site. Hotel Olive was okay, but its price was about half of what I paid for Rosewood. So, I ended up paying twice as much for a hotel I didn't actually book.

The attention was excellent, the rooms were really great, and the dinner was fantastic with a good variety. Will visit again soon.

I encountered numerous cockroaches during my stay, and the reception staff were very rude, even pressuring us to leave a review. When we requested the bill, they began arguing. They also overcharged us, so be cautious when booking a room here.

I arrived to check in at 4 a.m. The owner was loudly yelling at a guest who was understandably upset after waiting 1.5 hours at the airport with her family, even though she had arranged an airport pickup beforehand. When I politely mentioned that yelling at a customer wasn't the best way to handle things, the owner immediately focused on me. What happened next included insults, being told to "go back to your country, this is India," and finally being told that at 4 a.m. he would not honor my reservation. In all my travels, this was the first time I was refused accommodation for asking a hotel owner to stop verbally abusing a guest. My advice: avoid the hassle and stay at Hotel Smart Plaza across the street if you need to stay nearby. Their rooms are cheaper, quality is similar, and the staff seem to understand that customers shouldn't be shouted at.
