Location is nice , but the rooms are dirty like it seemed that mopping hasn't been done since days.But the breakfast and service was pretty nice.Might visit again but cleanliness need to be maintained.

Reached here very late in the night. The receptionist was kind and courteous. Ac was working well. Breakfast had only two items poha and upma that too without chutney. Cutting tea was good though

Very disappointing stay at Treebo Royal Imperio. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations of comfort and service.There was hardly any staff available, and getting assistance for even simple requests was extremely difficult. It gave the impression that the property was not being managed properly.The air conditioning was not functioning well, which made the room uncomfortable and frustrating, especially during the day.One of the biggest issues was the complete lack of food services. The hotel has no kitchen, so there is no lunch or dinner available on-site. This is a major inconvenience for guests.Essential room facilities were also missing’no toiletries, no towels, and very poor housekeeping standards overall.Breakfast was outsourced from another restaurant instead of being freshly prepared at the hotel. Only two food items were served, and both lacked taste and quality.For the price charged, the experience was far below acceptable standards. This property needs serious improvement in operations, service, and guest care. I would not recommend staying here.

Absolutely terrible experience at Treebo Royal Imperio. This hotel should not be listed as a proper hospitality property in its current condition.First of all, there was practically no staff available. It felt like the hotel was running without any proper management or service team. Basic guest support was missing throughout the stay.The ACs were not working properly, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For any hotel, especially in warm weather, this is unacceptable.To make things worse, there is no kitchen in the hotel. That means no proper lunch or dinner service at all. If you are expecting in-house dining, forget it.The room amenities were also below standard’no toiletries, no towels, and overall very poor attention to guest essentials. These are the absolute basics every hotel should provide.Breakfast was another major disappointment. It was not even prepared by the hotel, but ordered from another restaurant. Only two breakfast items were provided, and both were completely tasteless and disappointing.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor service, missing facilities, and zero hospitality. I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Location is decent, no fancy adverts or service; okay for short budget stays. Rooms are tiny, geyser works, TV channels don't! Fine for overnight stays.
