My stay was very enjoyable. The entire staff delivered excellent service, being polite, helpful, and professional throughout. The room was tidy, cozy, and well kept. I want to especially thank Miss Shital for her exceptional hospitality and kind assistance, which made my visit even better. I strongly recommend this hotel and am eager to return.

Sheetal provided outstanding service! He was courteous, attentive, and professional during our entire stay. A great choice while traveling. The rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable. The staff is polite and assisted with a fast check-in. Definitely try the Kulhad Tea. The food is also tasty. Opt for a hill view room if you can. Request local Maharashtrian dishes, either in the traditional style or with black (kala) masala. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The place was clean and the restrooms were well-maintained. Shital provided great service.

The food was outstanding, and the service was top-notch, especially thanks to the staff members Maya and Linkesh, both by nature and in their work.
