If there was an option for zero stars, I would pick that rather than giving even one star. This was among the worst experiences I've ever encountered. The staff were very rude, unprofessional, and totally unhelpful. This place is definitely not appropriate for families or couples due to how guests are treated. The main problem was with the booking. Although I had a confirmed reservation through an online platform, the property refused to honor it and insisted I pay again on site. They also made no effort to help with a refund, leaving me to handle it alone. When I reached out to customer support, they tried to assist, but the owner, manager, and receptionist ignored calls from both the support team and me. They simply would not respond or cooperate, making resolution impossible. The customer service here is awful, and management shows no responsibility or respect for guests. I strongly advise avoiding this place if you want a hassle-free stay. There are many better options that appreciate their customers.

The rooms are very clean, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and the staff are very helpful with a welcoming reception.

I have asked for smoking free rooms but they have given smoking room and service is worst I have asked for room perfume but they didn't provided and even they didn't provide water bottle alsoWater bottle cost is 25 rupees but MRP is 20 rupees they have charged rupees extra
