Hotel Global Inn

Our stay at Hotel Global Inn, Amritsar was very disappointing. We were first assigned Room 306, where we discovered a bed bug. After complaining, the hotel did change our room, but this was clearly an unpleasant and unhygienic situation. Unfortunately, the issues continued. The service was generally poor. We asked for a kettle multiple times, and although we were told it would be provided, it arrived very late. The Wi-Fi and intercom were not working, and many other service requests were ignored or delayed. Despite raising these problems repeatedly, there was no proper response or follow-up. We were assured things would be handled, but little was done. While occasional problems can happen, the way these complaints were managed made the stay very frustrating. Bed bugs, non-working Wi-Fi and intercom, repeated service failures, and poor management response made for an overall terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

My experience with this hotel was quite disappointing. I reserved the room by phone, clearly agreeing on the room type, price, and early check-in beforehand. But upon arrival, I was told the room I booked wasn't available and was given a different room instead. Even after switching rooms, I was still charged the same price as the original booking at checkout. I feel misled during the phone booking and wasn't given the room I reserved. If the initially agreed room wasn't available, the hotel should have notified me before check-in and adjusted the price accordingly.

Hotel Global Inn is an excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Amritsar. One of its biggest advantages is its location’it’s just a short walking distance from the Golden Temple, making it incredibly convenient for both early morning and late evening visits.The highlight of my stay was the rooftop dining experience. Enjoying delicious food while overlooking the beautifully lit Jallianwala Bagh was absolutely mesmerizing and made the evening truly memorable.The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the overall hospitality was warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Hotel Global Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a great location and a unique rooftop dining experience.

Hotel Global Inn is a great choice for anyone visiting Amritsar. Its prime location, just a brief walk from the Golden Temple, offers easy access for early morning or late night visits. The rooftop dining was a standout feature of my stay, with tasty food served alongside stunning views of the illuminated Jallianwala Bagh, creating a truly unforgettable evening.
