Service is quitr okayLocation is veryy off not that good.My driver was there he was served very foul food . The food they are giving that food will not be eaten by animals thats how the chef is cooking.Take money from client or driver for food but atleast give us good and tasty food.Staff is very nice...the drivers who recommend us to stay in your hotel ,atleast serve them good food but you are treating it like hell.Very bad

very good hotel with very nice service. Also it is near new Shimla bypass bus stand. We had breakfast every morning with many options available also for dinner. They also had their own cabs if you want to go anywhere. also Surender kumar sir , Desh raj sir and Saaf rajrana very very helpful throughout our experience in hotel. will recommend other for The Grand white hotel to a good stay in shimla ’’??

The food was super delicious. We really enjoyed it, and the staff and all the people were very helpful and humble, to be honest. Additionally, the experience at the Grand White hotel was exceptional. I would eagerly recommend this stay and their food. I really want to mention a person He was Mr. Abhijit he was really a nice serving guy, and Mr. Raj Rana was a magical chef. The entire staff was very helpful. Again I'm saying, we really enjoyed the stay and food. Thank you all guys.
