My friends checked in just now. When asked for Tea packets, manager said those who book online won't be provided. And provided only kettle for hot water. I requested him that we will pay extra but his reply was very negative. My friends went out for tea . Really disappointed. Henceforth I won't recommend this hotel to anyone

last night i stayed there I have paid 3500 rs wid breakfast but the service was very poor staff are very rude even the person who is on front desk he did no know behave wid coustomer they gave me 1st room all the tap n hardware attachment in wash room was leaking water extremely when i complaint they they told me u don't know how to use the things n the staff at reception he said u sud chk before taking room I want to ask adminstration of that hotel wether I sud chk ur hardware before take the room they provide me another room the condition of that room was also totally worst u cud see the pic I have attached here i will never stay there

Not ce hotel near railway station. Staff is average and non courteous. They are NOT BAD at all, but Do not understand logic. They(especially Manager) work like Sarkari Naukri :-) and do not understand innovation , Hospitality support and blindly follow basic rules. E.g. they serve Non Cooled room temp. Water bottles in room, you ask for a cold bottle and they say, Cold Bottle is seperately paid, Complimentary bottle is with Normal water only.... You ask them to get one from fridge and they refused saying "Rules ke hisab se hum Normal water hi dete hain"(Manager says this) FUNNY...LOL
