Couple • India • May 2026Unprofessional, Unhygienic, and Borderline FraudulentI had a horrific experience at Hotel O Elite Inn and strongly advise everyone to stay away. The stay was a disaster from the very first minute.Extortionate Behavior: Upon check-in, the receptionist (the one mentioned in other reviews for his unprofessionalism) demanded an extra 500. He was incredibly rude and displayed a terrible attitude. He even fabricated stories and made complaints to Agoda/OYO just to pressure me into paying. He literally refused to hand over the room key until he got that extra money, essentially begging/demanding it in the worst way possible.Lack of Transparency: When I asked for a receipt for the additional amount paid, he flat-out refused to provide any proof of payment. This is incredibly shady and feels like a scam.Disgusting Room Conditions: The rooms were in appalling condition. There was hair everywhere, and the smell was unbearable. There wasn't a single positive aspect to the room—it was filthy and poorly maintained.Final Verdict: Do yourself a favor and forget this hotel exists. There are far better, cleaner, and more honest places to stay. Save your money and your sanity.
