Stinky room, mosquitos coming from the bathroom drainage, salty water from the bathroom tap

Room was stinking, lot of mosquitoes, water was salty.

This is functional roomLinens were good and seemed cleanEvery thing is clean but oldWashroom is okay in terms of touch points butthe under area of handle is rusty or have a lot of white junkSame way all furniture is functioning but then have a lot of broken or scrapped partsWhich doesn’t look goodVery cramped up and low lit roomThe toiletries need to be asked specifically and same with the towelsNone of the tea coffee related amenities was there as promisedIt’s good for quick status onlyOther wise don’t opts if you are with familyStaff is good but the conduct as such decreases there credibilityEven the breakfast has nothing but just 2 poori and Sagu/ masalaAlso the locality has nothing to be said aboutThis is just one floor and there is whole lot of other shops there

Only pro is that its close to VAC biometric amd the service guy allows late check in , otherwise skip . No proper bed sheet ,room had cigarette smell , few mosquitos . Okay for singles but again considering the amount u r paying not sure if its worth .

We booked two rooms. One room was fine, but the other was a very poor experience. The 2nd room smelled bad, the AC did not work, and the WiFi was extremely poor and practically unusable. Despite raising complaints multiple times, no action was taken and no alternative room was provided.The reception staff also did not look professional, which added to the disappointment.In reality, the property feels like some made-up rooms on the 3rd floor, not a genuine 3-star hotel as they claim. This is misleading to customers and needs to be addressed.
