One of the worst rooms I have ever seen. The photos on Google are completely different from the actual room. When we checked in, the room was extremely dirty, had a very foul smell, and there was no water at all.The reception staff were very rude and spoke harshly, with no proper response or support. I had no choice but to leave immediately. Unfortunately, the money was not refunded.I honestly don’t care about the money, but this was a very bad and disappointing experience. It completely ruined our mood and enjoyment. Please do not book this place if you want a clean, comfortable and peaceful stay. Very negative experience! 😡

Can't understand how other travelers have rated so much for this not all worth hotel. No bucket, no mug, no bath towel, no toiletries, no a/c remote. Need to ask the staff each and everything. But still they will not provide anything. My 2nd worst ever experience with Agoda. Am deleting my account with Agoda also. They're not even verifying anything. Very worst, customer support will also not assist you.

Worst ever hotel room in my life, totally rubbish, everywhere looks very dirty with lots of wastes and garbages like a hell, very bad smell everywhere, AC not working, floors are dirty, No proper washing of bedsheets and pillow covers using same dirty clothes for every guests, worst ever experience totally money wasted
