Dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms and broken AC

Very disappointing room - Please check before booking.The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, and the cleanliness of the staff/service areas was good. However, the room condition was terrible and far below the expectations created by the facilities listed in the app. Almost 80% of the mentioned amenities were either unavailable or not working.Here are the issues we faced:Fan: Not working, even though we booked an AC room.Door key: Not provided, and the door lock was very loose.Bathroom door: Extremely poor privacy, with a gap of around 1 inch through which someone could see from outside. The bathroom was also so cramped that even one person could barely enter comfortably.Bathroom structure: The upper portion was open, making it feel completely exposed and uncomfortable.Blanket: Old, dirty, apparently unwashed, and had a terrible smell.Basic amenities: No shampoo, soap, towel, or drinking water bottle provided.Shower: Not working.Geyser: Available, but not working.It is disappointing to pay for a room based on the facilities advertised in the app and then discover that most of them are not actually available. The room condition was unacceptable, especially considering basic hygiene, privacy, and comfort.I genuinely appreciate the staff for their good behaviour, but the room and its facilities need serious improvement. Please verify the actual condition of the rooms and ensure that all listed amenities are available and working before advertising them to customers.My advice to other customers: Don't book blindly just by looking at the pictures and amenities listed in the app. Check the actual room condition before booking.Thanks.
