Absolutely the worst hotel experience! The room was extremely dirty, unhygienic and poorly maintained. The staff was rude, unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Nothing about the stay felt comfortable or well managed.The biggest concern was the lack of a proper sense of safety and security. Overall, the hotel was far below expectations and definitely not worth the money. Very disappointing experience from start to finish.Highly NOT recommended. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
I had booked an AC Room - they checked me into a NON -AC Room, without TV, GEYSER, TOWELS, SOAP, Bath -mat and even Drinking Water.When I objected, they said they don't have any AC Rooms available. They promised to bring Water and TOWELS, Soap, but they NEVER TURNED UP. It is supposed to be a Non-smoking Hotel, but someone was smoking just outside the Reception area.There were drainage marks on the Ceiling, and scratches on the Walls. No Shower, just a bucket and Mug.
