I booked Itsy Hotels Rithika Inn Blossoms through the Treebo website expecting a decent hotel stay, but unfortunately, it felt more like a PG accommodation than a hotel.*I do not recommend this property for families.* If you are traveling with your spouse, children, or parents, please consider other options.I also request Treebo to:* Update the website with recent and accurate photos of all rooms.* Inspect properties before listing them.* Ensure rooms are clean, safe, and well-maintained.* Have your team stay at the property before recommending it to customers, so you can understand the actual guest experience.I trusted Treebo for a comfortable stay, but this experience was very disappointing and affected our trip. I hope Treebo takes customer feedback seriously and improves the quality of the properties it lists.

I had a pleasant stay. The facilities were good, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. The food was very tasty, and the overall hotel was neat. The staffs are friendly and approachable

Its a good experience from Itsy. Very good staffs, very polite reception, very impressive kind hospitality, ultimately. Nice hotel with bread and breakfast, simple breakfast but very sweet and awesome to dine on the top floor. Rooms were neat and nice. Ultimately it was a wonderful experience and we loved/enjoyed the most. Good team work, keep up. Strongly recommended to stay here if you are closer to the trade centre.

Booked this hotel as i had an early morning flight and unfortunately the stay was very disappointing overall. This property does not meet the standards associated with the Treebo brand.Key concerns during the stay:’ Very rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk.’ Room was very small in comparison to the details provided on the site during booking.’ Bedsheets were dirty and unhygienic.’ Only 1 towel provided for a booking of 2 people and the front desk guy denied to give an extra towel stating it's because we have booked a budget friendly room.’ AC was a very old piece that was switched on but not functioning at all in reality. There was no assistance provided upon repeated request as well.’ Basic essentials like water bottles were excessively overpriced, and upon asking, we were shooed off very rudely, saying if we want, we can take or else leave. There was no alternative RO option available as well.Overall, I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service.
