We booked this hotel in Shimla based on the attractive online photos and the views shown on booking platforms. However, our actual experience was very disappointing.The hotel was old, poorly maintained, and did not match the pictures advertised online. The rooms appeared shabby and lacked proper upkeep. The bathroom was in particularly poor condition. Instead of a standard jet spray, a makeshift geyser extension pipe had been installed, which could not even properly reach the WC. The shower knob was broken and difficult to operate. Additionally, the bathroom furniture was rusty, stained, and showed clear signs of neglect.Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort, making our stay highly unsatisfactory.

I had an excellent experience at Seven Hill Shimla Hotel. The overall stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. All the staff members were extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The service was prompt and well-managed.The food was really delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal was satisfying and well-prepared.
