I would not recommend anyone book this property, especially if you are travelling with family. There was no proper staff available to attend to guests, and there were also very limited or no food options available nearby.We had paid for four nights, but after experiencing the situation, we had no choice but to check out on the very same day. The property management was understanding and was willing to provide a refund for the unused nights. However, Agoda refused to process the refund, despite the property being willing to refund us.This was extremely disappointing. The property may have been willing to resolve the issue fairly, but Agoda’s refusal to provide the refund made the entire experience even worse.I strongly recommend thinking twice before booking through Agoda. In my experience, their handling of this refund issue was extremely unsatisfactory, and I personally would never book any property through Agoda again.

My stay there was really bad. Bathroom were dirty, room was very small and pictures they showed is not at all the same one they provided to me. No wifi and not even a bottle of water. Do go to this hotel after seeing the pictures. I am totally disappointed.
