GT Residency-T Nagar

I chose this hotel because of its location and booked it over the phone. The representative was very polite, so I confirmed the booking. Upon arrival, they told me the A/C in my room wouldn't work, but after 2-3 hours, they moved me to an AC room, which I accepted. However, the TV in the new room was not working. I informed them, and they said there was a display issue, but I said I could use my phone to watch YouTube, so it was fine. The water tap was also in poor condition, with very slow water flow, but I tolerated it. I checked in at 6:30 AM, and the room keeper told me to check out at the same time. I said early morning checkout wasn't possible and asked for 8 AM checkout, but he refused and demanded an extra 250 per hour. I explained I had tolerated the AC, TV, and water problems, but he wouldn't adjust. I complained by phone to the representative, who sided with the room keeper. The 250 rupees wasn't the issue. Their way of speaking was unacceptable. I finally checked out at 8 AM the next day. The room keeper told me I must not book or enter this hotel again, and I replied we won't come back, thanking him sarcastically for the "great hospitality." The staff here are arrogant. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Had a really pleasant stay at Starlight Hotel, T. Nagar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall ambience was very nice. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the stay.The location is also very convenient, especially if you want to explore T. Nagar and nearby areas. Everything was smooth and comfortable from check-in to check-out.

I enjoyed a very nice stay at Starlight Hotel in T. Nagar. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and well-kept, and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. The staff were polite, friendly, and supportive during my entire visit. The hotel's location is also quite handy, particularly for exploring T. Nagar and its surroundings. The entire process from arrival to departure was easy and comfortable.

We reserved a room on August 18, 2026, for a stay on August 22, 2026, via phone after receiving lots of information from a female staff member who confirmed the booking and sent us a confirmation document. However, at check-in, they claimed there were no rooms available despite us showing the reservation details they provided. The management was terrible with poor communication, causing a lot of distress for my family late at night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Stay was good. No complains. Value for money
