Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, with a great valley view and a beautiful rising sun visible from the room. The staff was helpful, especially when the hot water stopped in the morning due to the cold weather’it was fixed within 15’20 minutes. They also helped with water bottles and allowed refilling from the Aquaguard in the restaurant area, which was appreciated.The restaurant staff is very polite, but the food quality and taste need improvement, which affects the rating. I’d recommend eating outside’with better food, the overall experience could easily be 4 stars.

A few days ago, we ordered food online from Hotel Achman Regency. Our order was taken by Miss Shallu. The way she spoke to us and explained everything was very polite and professional. Her behavior was extremely courteous, and we were very impressed with her service. The overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend Shallu for handling orders.

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Aachman. Location was great with parking for our tempo. The view from our room/balcony was superb, the whole Shimla town was glowing at night. Even thou the room was outdated, hot water available with good pressure. The staff accommodated us well. Satisfied.
