Booked Hotel Heritage through Brevistay (hourly booking) and had a terrible experience.The room allotted was shockingly small and extremely compact, nowhere close to what is shown on the Brevistay app. The photos are completely misleading and do not match the actual room at all. For such a tiny room, they are charging an absurd amount, which feels like a complete rip-off.When we raised this issue with the hotel staff, they didn’t even bother to listen properly. Instead, they kept saying, ’You are Brevistay’s customer, talk to them.’Excuse me? We are staying in your hotel, we are still your guests. Brevistay is just a booking platform/mediator. This kind of attitude shows how poorly they treat online bookings.The most disappointing part was dealing with Mr. Ganesh Iyer, who was extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He clearly does not know how to speak to guests, and it’s honestly surprising how someone like this has managed to stay in the hospitality industry for so many years.Also, if the hotel is claiming everything is Brevistay’s responsibility, then how are these hotel photos listed online? Are they being used without permission? Something feels very shady.Overall, zero respect for customers, misleading information, and horrible service.Would never recommend this place to anyone booking online.

Had a Doctor CME at Hotel Heritage and the experience was excellent. The banquet hall was well-managed and perfect for the event. The food was very good and appreciated by all the attendees. The staff was extremely courteous and supportive throughout, especially Captain Ravindra, who did a great job coordinating everything smoothly. Highly recommended for professional events and conferences.

I stayed here for 14 days on a business trip, and I must say the hospitality was truly warm. What makes this hotel really special is the open-armed welcoming nature of everyone ’ from the reception team and the security at the main entrance to the restaurant staff.The restaurant team, in particular, won my heart. Chef Mr. Powar, along with Rohit, Feroz, Sandesh, Dereck, Aniket, and many others (I’m not great with names!), made my stay feel just like home. And of course, a big appreciation to the invisible hands behind the delicious food as well.Overall, I had a wonderful experience and sincerely hope they continue the same great service and keep prospering. Thank you.
