Stayed with my family. The hospitality and friendly service from Reception to Restaurant were excellent. Being close to Egmore Railway station was very convenient. The food quality was good. The travel desk organized peaceful tours.

Overall the hotel was good. The rooms and facilities were satisfactory, and the stay was comfortable. We had initially booked the hotel through MMT.During our stay, we requested to extend our booking. We shared all the required details with the receptionist in the evening, and they confirmed that they would take care of the extension.However, the next day they suddenly refused to accept the booking. At the last moment, it was extremely difficult for us to find another hotel. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress.Very disappointing experience regarding the booking management. Better coordination and commitment from the hotel staff is expected.

The hotel was generally good, with decent rooms and facilities, making our stay comfortable. We had booked through MMT initially. When we asked to extend our stay, we provided all necessary information to the receptionist in the evening, who assured us the extension would be handled. But the following day, they unexpectedly declined the booking extension. Finding another hotel at the last minute was very challenging, causing significant inconvenience and stress. The booking management was quite disappointing, and we expected better coordination and reliability from the hotel staff.

Great service by the staff in there and the room was neat but less safety there are no locks in open window just closing that's all and bathroom facility is good have some instruction from reception before going room about hot water service and amenities
