Wonderful experienceMs Rishika, Ms pooja helped a lot.Ms Jyoti in dining made our dinner and breakfast possible peacefully with 3 month old my son, took care of him like anything.Food is safe, hygiene and tasteful.At the end, house keeping Mr Prasun and entire team made sure of a proper room cleaning and all of our needs.Thanks INDANA

Excellent food excellent staff behaviour excellent service. The hotel ambience and architecture are very good and give a royal feel. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is polite and supportive.Overall, a pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended.

Dear SirWe have recently stayed at your hotel for 3 nights in room 423 and our memories are all bad ones with having to cut short our tours on both days due to illness.We have checked out of your hotel on 3/5 where we were hugely dissapointed in your staff & managers attitude with regard to a complaint about our food on the first night of our stay.We ate our meal in your restaurant on Thursday 30th April at around 730pm which we would describe as at best average and at worst disgusting, where half the food, at least, was returned to the kitchen. Before the next morning my wife was suffering with stomach cramps and i felt a little queasy.My wife was then poorly up until today 3rd May so it can only be attributed to the meal in your restaurant.My wife was not able to eat any more than fruit for our complete stay where we dined at alternative hotels. The food & service at the alternative hotels was exemplary.We asked for the food in question to be removed from our account but it was intimated we were lying and wanted a discount off the bill for no reason. We were then met with a Stone Wall approach, something i did not take kindly too. Furthermore, we have reported this incident to our tour company who have said they will now look for alternative hotels in JaipurWe have stayed in hotels all over the world and have NEVER experienced such attitude as we were shown this morning. This has all been caused for an amount of 3500INR or ??34 GBP and could have been handled so much better with some better customer service.I have sent a number of emails to the hotel to try to resolve this matter but have been met with a string of excuses.

We booked the property because we prefer staying at the outskirts. It's a spacious, aesthetically built and very well maintained property.Immaculately clean, with very welcoming and helpful staff. Right from the genuinely warm welcoming doorman whose name I unfortunately didn't catch, to the team at the reception desk, Pooja Preeti and others it was a really comfortable stay.Apart from the beautiful walks we took here, the rooms themselves were quite spacious and clean. Fell in love with their humungous wall sized mirrors and the way vintage vibes are brought to very modern and sturdy architecture.Lastly, we prefer properties with high ratings for food. And this one didn't disappoint at all. Decent sized spreads and lip smacking tasty food. The chef's team is hardworking and patient and it shows in the food. We tasted a lot of cuisines during our stay and each one was good. Also need to mention the warm and professional staff, Jyoti, Raj and everyone else working in their team. You guys handled everything professionally and patiently from a distance and were genuinely warm to interact with. Thank you team Indana for our experience.
