Family • India • Oct 2026Upon our arrival, the room allotted to us had foul smell and cockroaches. When we reported this to the owner, he directed his staff to get it sprayed . But even after spraying, the cockroaches were visible. When we reported this, the owner was kind enough that he shifted us in another room. But in both the rooms some electric switches were exposed. Electric kettle and toiletries were provided on request. TV was there as show piece without its brand remote. We asked the owner to run the TV but in vain. The exhaust fan was not working.The good thing is that it is walkable to Golden Temple. That is why we could attend the morning ritual at gurudwara.My humble suggestion is that why not the owners allotted the room/s after seeing its upkeep and by providing all the things as per the declaration on various sites.

Very close to the temple, luxurious rooms, very clean, and the food is also delicious. Night manager Aman is very helpful, and all the staff are excellent. Taxi service is also available.
