I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, several aspects of the experience fell short of expectations. The condition of the room was not up to standard, and certain amenities were not functioning as they should have been. The reception staff only informed me about the late fees one hour before they were due. I had hoped for a more comfortable and enjoyable visit. I trust you will take this feedback constructively to improve future guest experiences.

The location of the hotel is at a prime area. During the Ramzan period, there was an iftar counter available, the taste of the snacks and the cuisine, which were displayed were excellent. I recommend only the restaurant for a quick lunch or a dinner.Car parking was available

Rooms are spacious. Bathroom maintanence is utter waste. No proper AC. If you switch it on in the evening, you will feel the AC the next morning. If you doesn't get rooms in good hotels you can prefer staying here. Because it's in prime location. But don't expect the quality of hotel because it's not the hotel. It's a godown. One of the waste and worst ever recepnaist lady I have seen. Hope they have recruited without salary. Somebody should teach her on how to speak with the customers.

What an experience! Great stay, stunning ambience, and food that will blow your mind. The dinner menu is packed with delicious options and tasted incredible.Super polite staffs and have great ambience. Truly a paradise for hardcore non-veg fans!
