Here is true feedback It was good just don't like the smoking smell in the room but they changed for us breakfast was good notSuperb and rooms was good spacious too reasonable charges location also good

There was no hot water in taps. I called the reception and the person said keep tap open toward left side (like I’m stupid and i haven’t tried it already) and leave it open for a while and after some time hot water will start to come. I waited 10-15 mins but nothing happened. Then I called again and he said he will send someone to fix the issue. I waited and nobody came for 10 mins.Then I called the 3rd time and someone else picked up the call and pretended he has no clue about what’s going on. I explained everything from the beginning. Then he said he will send someone to look at the issue. 10 mins after that, a person came with a hearing rod but there was no bucket and mug in the bathroom. He said he will send someone with a bucket. By now more than 30 mins had past since my first call. I called the 4th time and then someone else showed up to my room with bucket and mug. He informed me the hotel’s boiler is not turned on and asked me to use a heating rod. Even the rod they provided is old fashioned (the dangerous kind which can shock you if you touch the water while it’s in use). Then I filled up the bucket and waited another 15 mins for water to heat up.All this nonsense wasted more than 1 hour of my time and spoiled my mood.P.S. If hotel is going to provide heating rods to guests then at least buy the new, safe and shockproof models. It hardly costs anything.

Had a wonderful stay here with our tour group. The hotel staff Shivani ’from the manager to every team member’are extremely polite, helpful, and professional. The food quality is top-class and consistently excellent. Location-wise, the hotel is perfect: major shopping areas and malls are nearby, and the airport is just about 15 minutes away. Overall, a very comfortable and satisfying stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again with future tour groups.

Despite having a **pre-booking**, the **check-in process took an unusually long time**, which was frustrating.The **room condition was disappointing**. The room door was extremely noisy, the **washroom door was badly stuck and wouldn’t close properly**, and the **lock quality was very cheap**, which is unacceptable for a **3’4 star category hotel**.Basic **washroom amenities were missing** ’ no body lotion, shampoo, hair dryer, or other essentials that are normally expected at this level.The **breakfast was the biggest let-down**. The dosas were **soggy**, service was **very slow**, and overall quality was poor.Overall, this property **does not meet 3 or 4 star expectations** in terms of service, maintenance, or food quality.**Not recommended** if you’re expecting a comfortable or premium stay.

Love the stay at Libra lords at Jaipur. The room service with neat and clean rooms. Toiletries availability, the food everything was good except the beds which were very uncomfortable to sleep. The staff was very professional and polite. The food was very good specially the breakfast buffet.
