Excellent stay at nortals Heights hotel! The room was incredibly quiet despite being on a busy street. The bed was like a cloud, and the shower pressure was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great mix of local and continental options. but the friendly staff( subrath) made up for it. Highly recommend for officer & business trip .

I had a comfortable accommodation so far in nortals, Cleaned rooms and complimentary breakfast was continental. I would like to stay here again if possible when I come to chennai .This stay was offered by company. It was very near to prince infocity as well. So if any one searching for hotel/motel near by office location u can check this one . Laundry is included in stay so its an added advantage in the reasonable cost.Satish,lalith helped me out if I need an necessary miscellaneous things..Nortals ground staff provided services 24/7 so i recommend this one who wanna stay near by kandanchavidi or perungudi.

Here is my feedback after staying here for one day recently.Horrible stay and disappointing services.I am surprised how so many people liked this place.Reading all the reviews I felt this is a good place to stay with family too.I tried to book directly by calling up the reception.I informed them the check-in time and check out time and we agreed upon. I asked them to share pics of the room. They shared after a day. Rooms in the pics seemed decent.I arrived early morning at 5:45 am and realised there is no one at reception and there isn't any room available. Other guest hasn't checked out and they didn't remind the guest as welll it seems. They said room will be available after 8 am after cleaning.I came with family and it's so disappointing to make a elderly person wait without any washroom and room.I tried calling Prakash but he didn't respond to my calls. Reception boy says he can't do anything.I was waiting in lobby with 100s of mosquitos and no washroom also.At 7 30 Prakash picks my calls and says sorry. He says he will arrange room soon but by the time he arranged it was 8: 30am.Coming from so far and in the morning made our entire day disappointing. And to my utter surprise the room was so different from what pics are.Old room not cleaned at all. Broken cupboards.Room service is so so so bad. They gave food without covering and cutlery was bad. We asked for spoon and they came after 30 mins.As compensation they offered free lunch and dinner. But food was not that great and service was bad. Only buttermilk was good. Chapattis were hard.I can't imagine staying for more than a day. Next day early morning I checked out.Really it's a disappointing stay and service. Despite confirmations they made me wait for 3 hours nearly in the morning without taking my calls.I wouldn't recommend family people to stay here. Also attaching the room pics.There was no intercom also to call and inform anything.Reading all good reviews I opted this but I had very bad experience.Thanks!

Nortels Heights Hotel Apartments is a very nice and decent place to stay for both corporate and individual guests. The operations team is friendly and cooperative, the facilities are well maintained, and the service is excellent. I have been using this property regularly for our corporate guests for the past 8 years and have always had a great experience.

Amazing place to stay in! I recommend highlyStayed here for 3 weeks and my stay here has been delightful! Not much noise at night and can sleep peacefully!The receptionist, Sadish, has been such a wonderful host and would remember my breakfast order ’?. Very friendly and warming to his guests ’’??There’s free breakfast and wifi! Soap and shampoo are given.Can also order food in which is very convenient.Thank you!
