I have experience the worse day of my life because of the receptionist or the Manager! He refused to give us a room just because we are from the Northeast, to be more specific, Just because we are from Mizoram , India. Racism in our own country. He kicked us out just because we look like chinese . Even after showing him our Voter Id and Adhaar Card, he refused to admit that we are also Indian, It is such a heartbreaking event, guys, avoid this hotel, if you are from any part of the Northeast India coming here in chennai .

If maps would have a option of zero, it would have been better.Nothing in this hotel is good...you name it1. TV doesn't have any channels, and if it starts then you are kinda lucky2. Call doesn't work here that's the best thing about the service ’’’??3. Wifi disconnects like you breathe4. Insects are your room mates in this hotel too.And don't expect that you will be able to convey anything as you have to call them rightEdit : they are asking my number hahaha ’?
