Worst hotel experience I've had. I would not recommend this property.The staff are extremely rude and seem to lack basic hospitality skills. The way they respond to guests is unprofessional and discourteous. Considering that the room rates are comparable to other hotels, the service falls far below acceptable standards.The property itself is poorly maintained, with damaged flooring and no basic toiletries provided. There is little to no effort from the staff to assist guests or make their stay comfortable.The reception staff are particularly impolite when answering calls, often making guests feel as though they are asking for a favor rather than being paying customers. Unfortunately, the same attitude was displayed by the airport drop-off driver as well.The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. If you choose to stay here, make sure you pack everything you might need’soap, shampoo, patience, and possibly emotional support. The hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient because you'll probably be looking forward to leaving.

I was totally disappointed by the maintainance of the rooms. They were more like lodge rooms rather than hotel ones. The flooring, beds, washrooms all were in the worst condition. This was not worth for the price paid. And when we asked for another room, they said it was full. And we were given these worst rooms which were completely different from the ones shown in pictures online. I recommend people not to visit this hotel just because it is close to the airport unless you want to experience all this.

This is one of the worst driver accommodations I have ever seen. The restroom was dirty, the walls were damaged and covered with dampness, and the entire area lacked basic hygiene and maintenance. Such conditions are unacceptable for any guest or driver. Drivers are professionals and deserve respect, cleanliness, and proper facilities. The hotel management should address this issue immediately and maintain minimum hygiene standards. Highly disappointed

Not good for this rate,its too high. Room are not well maintained. But,staffs are friendly and supportive. This hotel is good for Rs 2000-Rs 2400(with complimentary breakfast and lunch/dinner) if food is not there then the value is only Rs 1100.

I recently stayed at ST Parklane Airport Hotel, Chennai, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.The room condition was far from acceptable. As soon as I entered, there was a strong unpleasant smell, and I noticed visible fungal patches on the walls, clearly indicating poor maintenance and hygiene. When I raised this concern with the receptionist, I was told that Room 106 was one of their ’best rooms,’ which was quite shocking’I can only imagine the condition of the others.The air conditioning was not working initially, and the room service staff had to repeatedly tap and adjust the remote before it finally started functioning. This reflects a clear lack of proper upkeep.Hygiene was another major issue. I even spotted a cockroach in the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a hole in the window ceiling, further highlighting the poor state of the room.The only positive aspect of my stay was the dinner, which was quite tasty.Overall, the hotel seems to suffer from serious maintenance and cleanliness problems. While its proximity to the airport is convenient, the condition of the rooms and lack of proper upkeep make it difficult to recommend this property.
