We booked this hotel with 3 rooms for 2days by reviewing the details and images provided within the app. But they all are fake. When check-in, we found the premises very congested, rooms were dirty, used washrooms with no cleaning, dirty and teared bedsheet, other amenities were also not as expected in a hotel.Although staff offered cleaning but we weren't ready for such a situation.We checked out immediately and checked in another hotel.It seems there is no verification by Agoda of these hotel's claims and pictures.All the amount is gone but the worst part is the trust on this app now.
