Terrible Hotel Experience

Very disappointing stay – I do not recommend this place. It's more of a small lodge than a hotel. We booked through ixigo expecting basic cleanliness and amenities, but the reality was quite the opposite. The room was tiny, dirty, and badly maintained. The bathroom was very unhygienic with a strong unpleasant odor, and overall cleanliness was poor. There was no proper shower facility either. We had paid for breakfast for two days, but it was never served. Even after complaining, the hotel refused to refund the breakfast charges. Charging for a service and then not providing it, while denying a refund, is very upsetting. The hotel seriously needs to improve cleanliness, upkeep, facilities, and customer service. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel as it was not worth the money.
