Decent hotel with okayish rooms and a great location. However, the staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in and the bathroom needed better cleaning. The overall vibe was just okay. It’s fine for a night or two but don’t expect luxury.

Room and amenities were decent according to usual standards. Nothing to complain. But the highlight is the behaviour of owner and staff. They are really helpful and give extra efforts to help and make the guest feel comfortable.

Judgmental Staff & Terrible Experience ’ Avoid This HotelI’m in the hospitality industry myself, and what I experienced here was beyond unprofessional.We had a corporate booking, and I arrived with a friend who came to help drop off my luggage. The hotel had no proper lobby, and the overall vibe was quite shady. My friend politely asked if she could quickly use the washroom before leaving ’ a basic and reasonable request.Instead of being accommodating, the receptionist made unnecessary, judgmental comments, saying things like ’we don’t allow girls in rooms’ ’ as if we were doing something wrong. We clearly explained we were just dropping bags and she would leave in a minute, but he continued to act rude and suspicious for no reason.After going back and forth, he finally allowed it. I checked in, freshened up, and asked if I could leave the key at reception while stepping out. When I returned, I was told the room was canceled without any explanation or notification.This hotel is completely out of line ’ disrespectful, unwelcoming, and far from what any paying guest deserves. Judging people and canceling bookings without communication is not hospitality. Avoid at all cost
