Room was spacious and generally alright. The staff were courteous and responded promptly whenever we needed assistance.If I had read the reviews beforehand, I probably would not have booked this hotel. The only reason I chose it was that we are a family of four with grown-up kids, and this property offered a single room with two queen-sized beds, which suited our needs.It appears that the management has addressed some issues mentioned by previous guests, such as providing anti-slip bathroom mats. However, there are still a few areas that fall below a decent standard:The bed linen looked dull and slightly dark, even though it was supposedly clean. I'm not sure what kind of water or detergent is used for washing. I also noticed the staff placing used linens directly on the elevator floor and dragging them, which did not inspire confidence in their hygiene practices.Breakfast was disappointing. It was delivered wrapped in newspaper and served on low-quality pale plastic plates. It seemed like the food may have been sourced from a nearby street vendor rather than prepared by the hotel. Instead of offering a breakfast that raises hygiene concerns, it would be better not to include breakfast at all.Overall, while the room size and staff were positives, the cleanliness and breakfast experience need significant improvement

Very disappointing and negligent experience at Treebo Sripadha Residency, Tirupati. During our stay, we found the room floors extremely slippery because they had been cleaned with floor cleaner and not properly wiped afterward. Near the washroom, instead of placing a proper anti-slip rubber mat, only a hand towel was placed directly on the slippery floor. Due to this serious negligence, my wife slipped badly while coming out of the washroom and suffered a severe back/spine injury, forcing her to take complete bed rest for several weeks.Even after repeatedly informing the staff and management about the unsafe room condition, the response was insensitive and argumentative rather than helpful. Basic safety measures were ignored, and it took hours for them to provide a proper mat. The replacement room offered was also poorly maintained, with issues in the AC and fan.The overall service and hospitality were highly disappointing. Even simple requests were handled without concern or professionalism. To make matters worse, hot coffee was served in a plastic cover, which raises serious hygiene and food safety concerns.This review is being posted to make future guests aware of the poor maintenance, lack of safety standards, and irresponsible handling of customer complaints. Guest safety should never be compromised under any circumstances.

’ 0/5 ’ Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI stayed at Treebo Sripadha Residency and had a terrible experience with both the hotel management and Treebo customer support.Online, the room showed a discounted price (around 66% off) ’ approximately ’1500. But after reaching the hotel, I was told I had to pay an additional ’940 twice, almost doubling the cost. This happened despite the online booking showing a confirmed amount, I ended up paying 3700 in final for one night stay.When I contacted Treebo customer care, they simply said ’it’s the policy’ and were not helpful at all. I ended up paying three different bills just for a single-night stay, which is unacceptable.Overall, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The pricing practices are misleading, and customer support is extremely poor.
