I booked extra bed while booking, also booking details clearly mentioned it, but they denied and said there is no extra bed mentioned.The washrooms all valves were leaking fully irritating sound full night.There were many cockroaches seen in washroom, No locks were working for bathroom, so jugad done.Washroom shower is damaged.Upon asking to refund for extra bed, they refused straightway.

Overall stay was good. 1. Food service in restaurant is very slow, took around 30 to 45 minutes.2. Hot water not working, not resolved in my 2 night stay.3. Complimentary breakfast is very good.4. Location is best, walkable distance from RTC for thirumala Bus.
