My 3-day stay at Hotel Sagar Sangam was easily the worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had. This isn’t a hotel for travelers; it’s a shady establishment that seems to cater exclusively to short-stay hourly guests.The Room: Unsanitary and Neglected’ The Walls: Covered in thick patches of seepage and mold. It felt damp and smelled worse.’ The Bedding: The bedsheets were literally riddled with cigarette burn holes. It’s clear they don’t prioritize hygiene or basic maintenance.’ The Pests: Mosquitoes were everywhere. I spent more time swatting bugs than actually sleeping.The Service: Dishonest and Unprofessional’ Hidden Costs: My booking explicitly included water bottles, yet the staff charged me for them. To make matters worse, they charged 1.5 times the actual MRP.’ Atmosphere: The vibe is incredibly sketchy. It is very much a "1-2 hour stay" kind of place, making it uncomfortable for anyone looking for a legitimate, safe, or peaceful stay.Booking & Support (Cleartrip)I booked this through Cleartrip, but don't expect them to have your back. Despite raising a formal complaint regarding the conditions and the overcharging, I received zero support or resolution from their end.Final Verdict: Do not book Hotel Sagar Sangam. It is unhygienic, overpriced, and shady. Save your money and your peace of mind by staying literally anywhere else.Pls don’t fall for the positive review that you see for this hotel. Good reviews that you see is fake.

The hotel itself is good, and I do not have any complaints regarding the rooms overall. However, I must clearly point out a serious issue that needs immediate attention. The behavior of the receptionist is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Because of his rude attitude and lack of basic courtesy, I strongly believe your hotel is losing many potential and repeat customers.I have personally observed this issue on two separate occasions. While some rooms meet the standards of the hotel, others do not. But more importantly, the receptionist behaves as if he is unwilling to speak to guests at all, showing no interest, respect, or professionalism toward customers.I sincerely suggest that you take this matter very seriously and replace or retrain the receptionist immediately. The quality of service at the front desk directly represents your hotel, and such behavior damages your reputation and guest experience.

We visited Hotel Sagar Sangam recently. While I loved the proximity to the beach and the peaceful river view, the stay was dampened by service issues.1. Maintenance: Please fix the room equipment. A non-functional toilet flush and TV are basic necessities that should be checked before a guest checks in.2. Dining: The "pre-order" system doesn't seem to work if the food is still served cold.3. Staff Training: The staff is supportive but seems helpless when it comes to solving technical problems in the room.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously as the property has great potential due to its location.

Worst bed for couples it’s like 200 per hrs typ bed 😂

’ 1/5Not a family-friendly hotel.Absolutely disappointing experience. The staff showed zero understanding, integrity, or sense of customer service.While this hotel might suit unmarried couples, it’s not at all recommended for families or married guests. Even if your family visits and simply wants to freshen up for a short while, they are not allowed ’ which is completely unreasonable and unprofessional.Definitely not a place I’d suggest for anyone traveling with family or looking for a respectful, guest-oriented stay.
