MPT Kerwa Resort, Bhopal

We stayed there on 14th December, 2025 night in Delux AC room.Location is superb and specially the sunset in surreal. Food both the Ala carte dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff behaviour was polite and very helpful.We look forward to visiting this place again.

Pathetic!!!Zero Service, Extremely Rude Staff !!!There is no service at all. We waited and waited, and no one came to take our order. We had to repeatedly go up to the staff ourselves just to ask for service and place our order.To make it worse, the staff was incredibly rude. There was no attempt at hospitality, just unprofessional and discourteous behavior. Service to chhodo’ bill b ni kr parahe the time pe’ we waited at the window for 20mins to pay. Aur humari galati ki humne bacha hua khana pack krne bola.. it took another half hour. Bohot bohot BOHOT HI JAHIL BAKWAS JAGAH!! Iske view aur greenery k chakkar me mat pado.. andr se atma ro di meri fir mai ye review likh rahi hu.

Good place to enjoi in nature with friends family, stay if you can, dam view from room, they have bar facilities, do not walk in night, tigers are spotted here

Location is out from the city center. They charged 4k per night but the quality was sub standard. 2k per night is okay for the quality they provide. Food quality is okay. Staff is good and helpful
