Rich Hotel

This hotel is undeserving of even a single star and was a very disappointing and awful experience. Even awarding one star feels overly generous. I gave one star only because zero stars is not an option—this was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely. The hotel was dirty and infested with cockroaches and other insects everywhere, which was disgusting and totally unacceptable. It felt unhygienic and unsafe to stay there. The rooms and the property did not resemble the photos advertised online at all; the pictures are very misleading. Additionally, the receptionist, owner, and staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to guests. There was no proper service, no cleanliness, and no effort to make the stay comfortable. I even found cockroaches in my food. This place was a total waste of money and a huge letdown. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. Please see all the pictures I have attached below.

I initially reserved a room at Hotel Rigga Inn, but since they didn't have availability, they arranged for us to stay here instead. All the staff were friendly and responded to our questions. The owner was courteous and supportive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you.
