Not recommend to anyone, 2 days was here and I get the skin allergies.After shower bad experience, skin itchy non stop and requested to change to other room with extra payment... ***Malaysia.

We juz stayed for a few hours as a backup but it was a pleasant one.

Booked from Bangalore on 30/06 two DRs for 1st July morning to check in by 1000 hrs and depart around same time on 2nd July. On arrival, rooms were not available, but had to take one DR at Rs.2400 and another DR at 2800/-. Lift was not working - Mr Bharat at reception said that it had failed only that morning. Anyway claimed two floors and occupied rooms. No towels, No soap. In one room,o.208, bath room door not closing at all. we have to use the toilet/bath with open door only. AC was not working - neither the TV. The other room, the toilet tap was continuously leaking. Complaints were attended by the room boy/service boy only with no solution. After repeated complaints, another person came for setting the AC but he only asked me to use the remote properly - asked him to set the AC at 24-25 only which I am used to in other places. He fixed it at 20 saying that it works well in that setting. But no improvement and managed to sleep that night with whatever the AC did for the room. Towels and quilts were delivered only in the later afternoon with the explanation that they were required only for the night and when you take bath next day morning as we checked in around 1000 hrs. Breakfast supposed to be served between 0700 hrs and 1000 hrs as per their intimation but on 2nd morning, breakfast was not ready at 0755 hrs. We finally checked out around 0800 hrs but they took about 15 minutes to check the rooms if they were okey. Finally we checked out at 0820 hrs. Unwilling to provide us with bills for both the rooms and after insisting, they provided bill only for one room at Rs.2400/=. How they account for the advance payments we made at the time of checkin is unknown to us. By the way, the lift was still not working tillwe cheked out.
