Fraud staff... Never visit that hotel... This hotel should be banned feom all platforms... He did not give us room even after our payment was completed he refused to show booking list and asked us to get the refund instead of giving room at 1 am..

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel was poorly maintained, the room was not clean, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. The actual condition of the hotel was completely different from the pictures shown during booking. The overall service was terrible, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
